Proposed Envelope System- Jose L Esquilin

With this first pass, I am proposing the possibility of taking out some of the existing wall panels, maybe all of them, and replace it with ICF system. This system I am proposing consist of; 2" of Foam, 4" or 6" of cast in place concrete, and 2" of foam.
The system already comes with "framing ribs", so studs can be attached on either side of the wall and gypsum board can be attached directly on the inside face of the wall.
Cladding system I am looking is Equitone which is a system of cladding and it can be use in many ways with different finishes. It will allow for natural light control and it could be operable.
Aluminum storefront will be inserted in the ICF wall as required or designed.
The system itself will provide great insulation and the possibility of Leed Certification.

I have not yet decided the design of the building I am just proposing an envelope system and looking to the possibilities!
