This is really good information. Picnic benches are always an easy option for extra seating too. Especially since it will already be an outdoorsy/park environment. I'm thinking of the cafe component as more of a 'food truck' type of business instead of a restaraunt. It could be a place where people walk up, order, and find seating on their own/take it to-go.
