Kitchen Equipment List

Obviously there is much more here than we can fit, but gives a good idea on what is required.

  1. The kitchen component should be look at as an educational space more so than a restaurant space. It could be a place where people go to learn how to clean, chop, and cook the produce grown in the urban garden. That way it sticks to the "educational" objective of the project. Perhaps whatever the students cut, clean, and make that day are what is sold at the cafe...

    It's all about learning - What's in the soil, what vegetables are in season, how to maintain a successful garden, how to cook those vegetables properly, etc...
