In elevation, Strips can be either staggered or pulled apart to allow views out.

Translucent panels give new life / definition to rectangular facade.
Panels can also be lit to create different effects.

Double Facades are independent of each other. Light in is filtered along with the views out.
Adding a second metal screen facade to the box, one can reinvent the form while adopting the double facade principles / benefits.
