Vendor Meeting

On Monday February 13, I met with my local rep from Dixieply http://www.dixieply.com/ to review my version of the garden container and the material choices, quantities and options.  She had some recommendations on lesser cost materials.  I was looking at the Richlite  http://www.richlite.com/ for the construction of the boxes and compromised with exterior grade plywood for the backs that you will not see and keep the more expensive material to what you can see.  We also discussed the quantities to follow up with the manufacturers to start procuring donations.  Also, we reviewed the drawings that I've created to express the design intent.

One thing that was discussed was that the various manufacturers and distributors will want to promote their assistance on this project.  Some kind of signage or display was requested.
